You can see I like color and contemporary design - a bit of whimsy, too.

More to come in the future. the weather is getting nice enough to spend time in my outdoor studio so I will put pictures on as I make more mosaics.

Looking around the blogisphere

I have spent so many hours reading blogs both interesting and not, looking at stuff, learning about interests - like who knew there were so many punk knitters out there? I suddenly realized I have done nothing to contribute my own voice...so I took some photos of my mosaics and some of my art in my place and I'll add it as soon as I figure out how!

Meantime, here are some things I have found that I am enjoying:

It is true - I am always looking for art.

Every day, everywhere I go I love to see artfully designed things - in nature and made by people. I live color and pattern and shape and arrangement. I wish I had it in me to be an artist.

So I will make note of all the lovely things I find here and there.
